Yes. We ship globally via Buyee Japan, Tenso.com, FedEx, and DHL. Please note that Buyee and Tenso are forwarding services—your order will be sent from Japan to your address through their system.
We only accept returns if the product is wrong or damaged before shipment. Randomized items such as Mystery Packs or Gacha products are non-returnable. All claims must include a full unboxing video taken at the time of opening.
