Once your order is handed over to these shipping partners, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
Each partner operates under its own shipping policy, which we recommend reviewing on their respective official websites.
3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders will not be processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or Japanese national holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond our control.
The customer is fully responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
GRIM SHOP JAPAN is not responsible for any delays or confiscations caused by customs authorities.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
We are not liable for lost or undelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
7. Loss, Damage, or Delay
Once a package has been transferred to Buyee, Tenso.com, FedEx, or DHL, all risk and responsibility are transferred to the customer.
In case of loss, damage, or severe delay, customers must directly contact the respective shipping carrier with the tracking information.
We will cooperate with the carrier if necessary, but we cannot guarantee compensation for third-party shipping issues.
8. Packaging and Recording
For quality assurance and fraud prevention, all packaging and dispatch processes are recorded on video by GRIM SHOP JAPAN.
This record serves as proof of the item’s condition and contents at the time of shipment.
9. Restricted and Prohibited Destinations
Certain countries or regions may not accept shipments due to import restrictions or carrier limitations.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse shipments to such destinations, with a full refund issued in that case.
10. Return Shipments and Refusals
If a shipment is returned due to customs refusal, unpaid import taxes, or customer rejection, we may issue a partial refund (minus shipping, customs, and handling fees).
Repeated refusals or unclaimed packages may lead to account suspension.
